We're Back in the Saddle!
After a lil' break and a few changes, we're back, stronger than ever! "Please welcome, on the bass guitar, Mr. Patrick Jenkins" (insert: "crowd going wild" sample and a brief pause) and on the guitar, Mr. Christopher O'Rourke (once again, insert: "crowd going wild" sample). The new members of this band share the vision and direction of the existing members and have already began collaborating on new material. Skitzo Calypso's newest tune, "The Ashes of September," will be recorded on CN8 (Comcast Cable) on December 5th, 2007! It will air in January. The boys will also have some tricks in the bag for the Skitzo Calypso concert on December 21st, 2007 at The Recher Theatre in Towson, MD. Stay tuned. This is an all ages event, featuring: Beretta Jane, Coal, Beautiful Disaster & Remain Nameless.

Bassists, New Opportunities, Tomorrow.
Skitzo Calypso is currently working toward some very exciting opprotunities, which are already in the pipeline!
The band will take a short break and work toward these goals.
Auditions for bassist will resume when the band starts booking live dates.

Fan Appreciation Concert, 12 Stones, more dates!!
The Fan Appreciation concert was an incredible reminder of the support this band has garnered over the years!
The band pulled out all of the requests and lit the stage up with some oldies, including: Pecker, Consent to You, God Complex, Stignation.
The guys also rattled off some popular Skitzo Calypso tunes, including: Black Fly, If I Slow Down, I'll Stop!, Feeling Fine and an emotionally stirring electric version of The Vampyres of Hollywood.
The night wouldn't have been complete without Skitzo Calypso's versions of: Welcome to the Jungle & Somebody to Love (Jefferson Airplane).
Back by popular demand, the boys will be joining 12 Stones for a 98 Rock performance at The Recher Theatre on September 16th.
More dates have been announced including a show with Havok in Hollywood, on: October 19th and a Recher Theatre date on November 10th!

Skitzo Calypso Takes on Atlantic City!
Skitzo Calypso took a well needed vacation to Atlantic City this past weekend to celebrate a close friend's Bachelor party!
The boys gambled and lost! In an effort to lift their spirits, they stopped into Trump's Beach Club for hours of uninhibited inebriation (including shots of Tequila and Tabasco).
Later that evening the boys had the ladies swooning at an all nude strip club! Money talks!!
What happens when 9 adult men get obliterated and stumble 'helplessly' into a strip club? Let's just say – chaos!
It’s been reported that one gentleman took off his shirt and adorning a stripper’s top!! Amazingly, he was tipped.

Skitzo Calypso ripped through a blistering set at -The Bash- in Bel Air, MD on June 9th, 2007.
The band performed: "Lennon," "Make My Move" and "Monroe - She Put a Spell on Me -" from their new album, 'Between the Lines & Beyond the Static;' two classic tunes: "Black Fly" & "Feeling Fine;" two unplanned covers: "Somebody to Love" (Jefferson Airplane) & Orgy's rendition of "Blue Monday;" and the often requested, "Welcome to the Jungle!"
